Self-leveling smooth system
A flooring system for environments with a risk of thermal shock.
Applied in two simple steps: a durable polyurethane-cement primer followed by a robust final layer for long-lasting protection.
Two-step system application:
Base layer | Polyurethane-cement penetration | Final layer
Polyurethane-cement primer
The first layer is a three-component polyurethane-cement coating, Recepuc Primer TX, applied with a nylon roller or metal trowel at a specified consumption rate of 0.5–1.2 kg/m². The surface must be completely sealed to prevent the formation of bubbles in the final finish.

Final layer
The final load-bearing layer consists of a three-component polyurethane-cement screed, Recepuc SF. The material includes all necessary components; only a pigment is added before application to achieve the desired color of the finished floor. Thanks to the combination of an inorganic binder (cement) and resin (polyurethane), the material is designed for environments with thermal shock (e.g., food processing facilities). It is applied using a notched trowel at a defined rate based on the required thickness. A smooth surface is then achieved using a spiked roller.
