Self-leveling system with variable anti-slip finish

A flooring system for environments with a risk of thermal shock.

Applied in three simple steps: as a polyurethane-cement primer, self-leveling screed, and final layer.

Three-step system application:

penetrace-2@2x

Base layer | Polyurethane-cement penetration | Self-leveling screed | Final layer

Polyurethane-cement primer

The first layer consists of a three-component polyurethane-cement coating, Recepuc Primer TX, which is applied using a nylon roller or a metal trowel at a specified consumption rate of 0.5 – 1.2 kg/m². The surface must be completely sealed to prevent the formation of bubbles on the final finish.

Self-leveling screed

The self-leveling screed consists of a three-component polyurethane-cement screed, Recepuc SF. The material includes all necessary components; only a pigment is added to the mix before application to achieve the desired color of the final floor. Thanks to the combination of an inorganic binder (cement) and resin (polyurethane), the material is designed for environments exposed to thermal shock (e.g., food processing facilities). The material is applied with a notched trowel at a defined consumption rate based on the required thickness. A spike roller is then used to achieve a smooth surface. The surface is subsequently broadcast with sand of grain size 0.3–0.8 mm or 0.8–1.2 mm at a rate of 2 kg/m². After curing, the excess sand is removed.

Final layer

The final layer consists of a water-based polyurethane coating, Recepur Coating WB TX, applied at a specified consumption rate of 0.4 kg/m². The coating is UV-resistant and resistant to thermal shock.
