Penetration
The first essential step of the application is selecting a suitable primer for the given type of surface (non-cohesive/porous/greasy/new, etc.). The primer material directly influences the final appearance and functionality of the finished floor. We are happy to assist you in choosing the right primer to achieve the ideal result. The primer is applied at a rate of 0.5 kg/m² and then sprinkled with sand (0.1–0.6 mm fraction) at a rate of 0.5 kg/m².

Membrane
A layer of highly elastic Recepur Elastic Plus polyurethane membrane is applied to the prepared surface using a trowel at a specified rate of 1.2 kg/m². The trowel ensures leveling while serving as a waterproofing layer for parking garage floors requiring dynamic crack bridging.

The next system layer consists of the elastic self-leveling polyurethane screed Recepur Coating SL, applied at a defined consumption of 0.8 kg/m² and sprinkled with coarse quartz sand (0.3–0.8 mm). This creates a textured, slip-resistant surface.
Final layer
The final layer consists of Recepur Coating SL UV, a highly elastic polyurethane coating applied at a specified rate of 0.6 kg/m². Thanks to its high UV resistance, the material withstands weathering and prolonged UV exposure. Available in a wide range of colors.
